Notice of Sealed-Bid Sale

The following property has been seized for nonpayment of taxes from Darran Broekemeier, and will now be sold at public sale under sealed bid (Idaho Code section 63-3057).

Condition and Sale of Property: Only the right, title, and interest of the delinquent taxpayer (as identified in the public notice of sale) are offered for sale. This sale is subject to any outstanding liens on this property, which may have priority over the lien of this state. We make no warrantee as to the validity of the title, quality, quantity, weight, size, or condition of any of the property, or its fitness for any use or purpose. All property is offered for sale "as is" and "where is" and without recourse against the state of Idaho.
